SEATTLE-CBRE has recruited a team of industry-leading retail leasing experts to its the Seattle office.

Susie Detmer, Stacy Reid, and Inger Johnson represent both landlords and tenants throughout the Pacific Northwest, specializing in developing merchandising plans, assisting with site plans for new developments and re-merchandising existing retail properties to maximize the value of the asset for landlords; and analyzing market voids and opportunities for expansion for tenants.

The team joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce where Detmer has been executive director since 2005.  She brings more than 30 years of retail experience including serving in executive positions with national and regional retailers, as well as the management of real estate leasing and sales, site acquisition and disposition, operations, financial and strategic planning, merchandising, marketing and advertising. Prior to joining C&W, she was a vice president with CB Richard Ellis (now CBRE) in Seattle.

Detmer is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR), the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), and the Pacific Real Estate Institute (PREI). She is also on the board of Central Puget Sound Real Estate Research (CPSRER) and is a member of the Leadership Committee for Commerce Real Estate Solutions.

Reid brings 11 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Pacific Northwest. As part of the retail team, she is responsible for leasing and marketing urban and suburban retail listings, tenant representation, account and transaction management, and overseeing the development of client marketing materials.  While at C&W, she spent three years as the senior transaction manager for Bank of America's Northwest Portfolio, managing corporate real estate transactions in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California. She previously spent four years with CB Richard Ellis in Seattle.

Johnson brings four years of commercial real estate experience from Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce. While there she was responsible for tenant representation,  marketing and leasing of retail centers, financial analysis and site economic review.  She entered the commercial real estate field in 2010 after working at Level Global, a hedge fund in New York City. Additionally, she is a member of ICSC and serves on the Downtown Seattle Association's Urban Experience and Marketing committees and the United Way's Young Leaders Marketing Committee
