PORTLAND, OR-Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to lease Kelley Point Distribution Center, a five building industrial logistics park within the Rivergate Industrial District, the largest concentration of bulk distribution buildings in Portland.

Kelley Point's five buildings, located at 15745-15925 N. Lombard Street total just over one million square feet, and are strategically located adjacent to the Port of Portland's Marine Terminals 5 and 6, which are served by both the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads. Kelley Point is situated just nine miles northwest of downtown Portland and is minutes from Interstate 5.
Available space within the five buildings ranges from 52,000 to 136,000 square feet.
