HOUSTON—Colvill Office Properties announced Win Haggard Jr. was promoted to Senior Vice President.
Haggard previously served as Vice President at the office landlord representation firm. In the eight years Haggard has been with Colvill he leased more than 1.4 million square feet.
He currently oversees leasing and marketing of 4.3 million square feet of Class A office properties in the Houston area including 600 Travis, 717 Texas, 2500 CityWest, One Westchase Center, Brookhollow Central and Westchase
Colvill Office Properties currently leases 18.4 million square feet of Class A office space in Houston and Dallas.
