IRVINE, CA-The Irvine Co. is introducing two new Irvine Pacific neighborhoods to Cypress Village, the firm's newest community within the Villages of Irvine master-planned community. Jasmine and Laurel are single-family neighborhoods that will debut this spring.

Located in Northeast Irvine along Jeffrey Rd. at Trabuco Rd., both neighborhoods were created for families who want to add room and still live near good schools, shopping, dining, parks and trails. According to Tom Veal, VP of residential sales and marketing for Irvine Pacific, “Jasmine and Laurel have been designed for homebuyers interested in single-family homes perfect for growing families. The home designs in both neighborhoods are inspired by our latest research and epitomize open and fresh living spaces with oversized kitchen islands, the California room and conservatory room options. Residents at Cypress Village enjoy a resort-style lifestyle, complete with expansive amenities, shopping, abundant trails within walking distance and new schools within the most-heralded district in the region.”
