HOUSTON— Houston-based developer, Hines, announced the recent promotions of Philip Croker, Palmer Letzerich and Travis Overall in the firm's Southwest Regional office in Houston.
Philip Croker was promoted to Managing Director after previously serving as Project Manager on BG Group Place, a 46-story, one-million-square foot office tower in downtown and recent winner of Urban Land Institute of Houston's 2014 Development of Distinction Award. He is currently is leading the development of downtown's newest 48-story high-rise, 609 Main at Texas, which scheduled for completion in 2017.
Palmer Letzerich will now serve as Senior Managing Director. In his new role, he will continue to oversee Hine's Southwest Industrial and Mexico/Panama platforms. Letzerich and his team negotiated a 500,000-square-foot lease with HD Supply to anchor the Pinto Business Park industrial development at Beltway 8 and Interstate 45 in Houston.
Travis Overall was promoted to Senior Managing Director. Overall recently assumed responsibility for Hines' Austin development activities, including the Sheraton Georgetown hotel and the 109-acre University of Texas land development initiative. He is also leading the development of boutique office building, 2229 San Felipe, in the River Oaks area.
Privately owned real estate firm, Hines, has offices in 111 cities in 18 countries, and controlled assets valued at approximately $25.2 billion.
