MIAMI—The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Miami-Dade named William Holly its 2014 “Leasing Agent of the Year.” Holly is president of Pointe Group Advisors.

At “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) awards ceremony, Pointe's property management team also received two building awards: the “Under 100,000 square feet” building award for the Continental Plaza and the “Historical” building award for the BAC Colonnade. Pointe's property managers, Ana Ocasio (Continental Plaza) and Kristen Quintana (BAC Colonnade), accepted the awards.

Holly has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He is responsible for leading Pointe's expanding footprint in Florida and growing its brokerage services. 

Holly has represented 20 class A office buildings in South Florida and owns the class A office pre-lease records in the Coral Gables, Brickell, and Miami Beach submarkets. He has been nationally recognized as one of the top commercial real estate executives by Builder Contractor and Engineering and was named one of the top 10 “hot brokers” in the U.S. by Commercial Property News.

Pointe's Devon Newton, the property manager of the Balfour Beatty Center in Plantation, was named in December as the 2013 “Property Manager of the Year” by BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches. The Balfour Beatty Center also won in the building category for properties under 100,000 square feet.
