HOUSTON – Local electrical manufacturing company, Houston Motor & Control (HMC) leased 16,850 square feet at Building 6 in Liberty Northwest Business Center in northwest Houston.
Josh Morrow and David Buescher of Stream Realty represented HMC in the transaction. Liberty Property's Hans Brindley represented the landlord.
Houston Motor & Control, Inc. is a distributor of electric motors, starters and drives. HMC also provides products design for the oil field service industry.
Liberty Northwest Business Center is located on the corner of Beltway 8 and Hollister Road. Building 6, 14400 Hollister Road, delivered in December 2013 and the entire industrial property is 88,170 square feet and features 24' clear height, 150' building depth, dock high doors, and is LEED Certified.
