CHICAGO-A venture of Hong Kong-based Gaw Capital Partners and South Korean investors, including the Korean Teachers' Credit Union, have put the 57-story Three First National office tower on the market for sale.

The property at 70 W. Madison St. was acquired by the foreign investment venture nearly three years ago. The ownership has hired Eastdil Secured of New York City to market the property, which could sell for between $345 million to $375 million, according to Crain's Chicago Business.

The current owners acquired the 1.4-million-square-foot building for $344 million. The property is currently 88% leased and features such law firm tenants as: K&L Gates LLP and Ungaretti & Harris LLP. See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
