NEW YORK CITY-Developer World-Wide Group has acquired an 11-story commercial building from retailer Bloomingdale's on East 60th Street for $37 million.

The purchase of 155 East 60th St., which is located across the street from Bloomingdale's flagship location, affords World-Wide Group approximately 300,000 square feet of development rights along East 60th Street in Lenox Hill, according to The Real Deal.

The New York City-based company closed on the purchase of the 78,723-square-foot building on Jan. 24, according to city records. World-Wide previously acquired 143, 145-147, 149, 151 and 153 East 60th St. See story in The Real Deal.
