NEW YORK CITY-Delta Galil, an Israeli textile firm, has signed a sublease totaling 47,012 square feet at the 2 Park Ave. office building here.
The firm signed the sublease deal with cosmetics company Cody, according to the Commercial Observer. Delta Galil has put its current space at 6 East 32nd Street on the market for sublease. The firm is expected to relocate to 2 Park Ave. sometime during the second quarter.
"Everyone has recognized the high level of finish and value that exists in this space and Delta Galil is no exception," says Cassidy Turley's Richard Bernstein, who along with Ralph Giordano and Peter Brestovan, represented Coty in the transaction. See story in the Commercial Observer.
