MIAMI-The Hotel Nash in South Beach was acquired by an affiliate of Washington, DC-based private equity firm The Carlyle Group for $15.48 million.

The three-story hotel at 1120 Collins Ave. was sold by an affiliate of Cambeam Hospitality, which is led by its president Brian Scheinblum, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The 54-room boutique hotel totals approximately 31,000 square feet and is situated on a 14,000-square-foot lot.

The hotel was built in 1935 and was last traded in 2008 for $12.5 million. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
