MIAMI-A nearly 37,000-square-foot parcel of land near the Brickell Metromover station here has traded for $10.5 million.

The parcel at 1010 S.W. First Ave. was sold by Manquehue Development to Brickell Land Ventures, which lists its managing members as Alicia Gilman in Coral Gables and Jose Alfredo Ruiz Marcos in Key Biscayne, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

The most previous sale of the property occurred in 2006 when it traded for $6.3 million. The site at one time housed a 44-unit apartment development, which was torn down. The owner of the property in 2008 received approvals for a 127-unit apartment development, but that project never broke ground. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
