LOS ANGELES-CBRE Global Corporate Group has renewed and expanded its international relationship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch to include Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. CBRE will provide a long list of services to these regions, including transaction, project and facilities management, critical engineering, and portfolio and consultancy services.
CBRE's existing relationship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch provides these services across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, a portfolio that totals 4.4 million square feet in 41 countries. Mark Caskey, EMEA Head of Global Corporate Services for CBRE explains that this renewal "is testament to the strength of our integrated, cross-border service offering."
The new contract with Bank of America Merrill Lynch expands CBRE's services to operations in South Africa and its enterprise services in Taiwan. "This provides us with new opportunities to deliver expert advice and execution," says Caskey. "We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with Bank of America Merrill Lynch."
CBRE also recently expanded its capital markets business lending group, hiring Robert "RJ" Luth, Jr. and Robert Doxsee as VP and Daniel Eshbaugh as director. The group, which specializes in owner-user mortgages for small projects up to $15 million, expanded to drive client business and meet the growing needs of the owner-user financing market.
