BALTIMORE-Mobile applications development firm Mindgrub Technologies LLC will shift operations from Baltimore County to Locust Point here.
The firm is looking to move into 13,000 square feet of office space at the Phillips Food site from its current offices in Catonsville. Lease negotiations for the space have not been finalized, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
Developer Mark Sapperstein acquired the 10-acre property for $18 million in November. In addition to two buildings at the front of the property, there are also several warehouse and office buildings at the rear of the property, totaling about 250,000 square that are occupied by Phillips.
