IRVINE, CA-Premier Business Centers, operator of executive suites and alternative workspaces, has signed a master lease agreement to open an executive office suite at Von Karman Corporate Center here. The 12,950-square-foot space is located on the second floor of 16755 Von Karman Ave. in the Irvine Business Complex bordered by Barranca and Alton parkways.

The space is currently being built out to accommodate 58 plug-n-play offices, two meeting rooms, a day office, a kitchen and a reception area. According to Jeff Reinstein, PBC's CEO, "We are excited to offer clients another alternative flexible workspace in Irvine with easy access and free parking. Our brand-new 16755 Von Karman Ave. offers flexible agreements and immediate occupancy, providing businesses in East Irvine and Tustin a convenient, professional corporate atmosphere."

The new space offers clients agile office-space solutions with managed full-time private executive offices, turnkey technology plans, part-time day offices, professional business-presence virtual-office plans and meeting-room rentals by the hour or day. It was unclear at press time how many other offices PBC has opened in Orange County.

Mark Burge, SVP sales and marketing for PBC, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm is "always assessing new opportunities both in Orange Country and countrywide." As GlobeSt.com reported in September 2013, PBC entered into a lease agreement to operate an executive suite in the Lake Merritt Plaza tower in Oakland, its first in that market. The space is located on the 18th floor at 1999 Harrison St.
