NEW YORK CITY-Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is relocating its headquarters to 712 Fifth Ave.
CEO Susan De Franca says that about 50 staff members will shift operations from 575 Madison Ave. to larger quarters totaling approximately 13,000 square feet of space at the 52-story tower building, according to The Real Deal.
Vector Group, the owner of Douglas Elliman, also leases space at the property. Douglas Elliman Marketing will lease the entire 10th floor of the building.
"Quite frankly we've outgrown our space and we wanted to be close to our corporate headquarters," De Franca says. See story in The Real Deal.
