The new owners YYY 62nd Street LLC recently purchased the property at 330 E. 62nd St. from the Catholic Archdiocese of New York, according to Crain's New York Business. The new owner believes the eight-story building will cost between $40 million to $50 million to develop. "It's the strongest medical neighborhood in the country, almost all the major hospitals in New York City have space on the Upper East Side," says Justin DiMare, a broker with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who is marketing the building to prospective tenants for the new ownership with colleague Howard Kesseler.
