HOUSTON—With construction and development in Houston at historic levels, development company Trammell Crow Company announces that Jeremy Garner and Davis Griffin have been promoted to principal with the firm's Houston business unit.
Jeremy Garner will lead the development of speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects in Houston. Garner is currently managing the development of over 1.2 million square feet, including projects in Lakeview Business Park, Fallbrook Pines Business Park, and Kenswick AirFreight & LogisticsCentre.
Davis Griffin will focus on healthcare and retail development throughout central and southeast Texas. Griffin is currently managing retail and medical office building developments in Houston and in San Antonio.

Currently Trammell Crow Company, an independently operated subsidiary of CBRE Group Inc., has over $4.9 billion of projects underway and an additional $1.5 billion in the pipeline.
