COSTA MESA, CA—CREW-Orange County presented the winners of the 3rd Annual Commercial Real Estate SPIRE Awards at the Center Club here on Feb. 27. The awards program, which stands for Superior Performance in Real Estate, is the only commercial real estate awards program in Orange County.

Robert Brunswick, CEO of Buchanan Street Partners, served as this year's guest speaker, while James “Watty” Watson, president and CEO of CT Realty Investors, served as MC.
