GREENVILLE, SC—In a move that company officials say is meant to more accurately reflect its fleet of commercial real estate services, locally-based Agency Advisors is now operating as Armada Analytics.

Russ Ming, Armada Analytics' executive vice president and chief operating officer says in a prepared statement: “Our company has grown from originally being focused mainly in multifamily and commercial mortgage underwriting and asset management to now include other core branches of real estate finance related business. We are pleased to announce the launch of ZIPline, our new zoning report business line, as well as our contract site inspection service that utilizes MBA-certified inspectors.“ H

He continues, “Our expanded offerings are a direct result of strong market interest for enhanced products, the expanding expertise of our staff, and the engagement of Thom Ruffin, a long-time industry veteran who leads the inspection business for Armada Analytics.”

The company was founded in 2006 as a contract loan underwriting firm that focused chiefly on agency and CMBS mortgage debt. In 2012, the company grew its CMBS loan underwriting platform. Today it also continues to assist in B-piece reviews, commercial real estate purchase due diligence review for investors, and offers expertise in affordable, seniors, and student housing multifamily products.

The company will continue to operate under the same ownership and will continue to be headquartered in Greenville, with satellite office locations in Atlanta, Denver, Detroit, San Jose, CA, and Washington, DC.
