PORTLAND, OR—Kidder Mathews has been retained to manage a portfolio of industrial properties totaling 1,144,745 square feet. The portfolio consists of: Yeon Business Center, a 5-building, 220,895 square foot industrial park in Portland, Cascade Business Center, a 3-building, 156,925 square foot industrial park in Tigard, and Wilsonville Distribution Center, a 2-building, 766,925 square foot industrial park in Wilsonville.
Jessica Gies, is the senior property manager for the project.
