BOCA RATON, FL—Property services firm DTZ has relocated its Boca Raton operations to 2385 Executive Center Drive here.
The firm relocated its Boca Raton office on March 3 from its former space at 5550 Glades Road. The company also reports that Rick Miller, SIOR, has joined the firm's Boca Raton office as senior vice president.
Miller was formerly a first vice president and managing director of South Florida with CBRE, where he worked for 11 years. Miller will focus on local tenant representation, building the regional and international client base, and providing support to DTZ's growing overseas clientele with Florida-based operations, company officials state.
At CBRE, Miller was responsible for operational management and strategic planning for the region in addition to providing executive oversight to Florida's Corporate Service accounts practice. As a brokerage professional in South Florida, he has represented more than 2 million square feet of transactions on behalf of his clients.
Previously, Miller served as the regional manager of facilities and corporate support for BellSouth Mobility's South Florida Region. He also managed non-producing asset portfolios throughout the U.S. for both California Federal Bank and Glendale Federal Bank.
