DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD-Real estate investment services firm The Greysteel Co. reports it has arranged the sale of the three building, 60-unit Rochelle Hall walk-up apartment community here.

The property located near the future MGM at National Harbor site was sold for an undisclosed price by Rochelle Hall Partners LLC to Rochelle DNB LLC.

Greysteel's multifamily division led by Ari Firoozabadi, John F. Mullen, W. Kyle Tangney, Lance Ahmadian, Caleb Brown and Mike Bediones served as exclusive advisor and agent to the seller.

“Southern Prince George's County is the beneficiary of exceptional transportation infrastructure and continues to draw employers, restaurateurs, retailers and entertainment,” says Mullen, director of Greysteel's multifamily division in a press announcement. “The incoming MGM at National Harbor is a destination resort with approximately 70% of visitors coming from outside of Maryland and as a result is a major economic driver. Millions of dollars of video lottery revenue, or 5.5%, will go directly to the county.”
