At Roadside Development, Lionel Lynch has joined as Director of New Development and Strategic Planning. He will be responsible for identifying new mixed-use development opportunities throughout the US. Local projects by the company include Cityline at Tenley and City Market at O.

Prior to joining Roadside Development, Lynch served as principal in the Washington, DC office of HR&A Advisors.

The Greysteel Co. has appointed Doug Banerjee to the company's Executive Committee. Banerjee is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Greysteel Texas, and specializes in investment advisory services and dispositions of multifamily properties and portfolios in North Texas and the South Central United States.
