CORAL SPRINGS, FL—Inland Income Realty Trust has acquired North Hills Square, a Walmart Neighborhood Market-anchored shopping center, here.

Inland purchased the 63,829-square-foot property at 4650 University Drive from an affiliate of the Dizengoff Group for $11.05 million. Casey Rosen and Dennis Carson of CBRE co-represented the seller along with Avison Young.

Rosen says that Inland “was looking for a stable, unlevered, high-quality asset with solid demographics and this property matched that criteria.”

The 52,024-square-foot Walmart Neighborhood Market, a former Winn-Dixie location, serves as the anchor for the property that was 98% leased at the time of the sale. Other tenants include Manhattan Bagel, Little Caesars and Wendy's on a ground lease.
