MIAMI—With so much opportunity in Miami's commercial real estate market, it's no surprise that yet another firm is hanging out a shingle looking for a piece of the action. Hart Advisors Group just launched Hart Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm—and it's setting its initial sights on South Florida.

Hart Advisors, a real estate advisory firm specializing in loan workouts, CMBS loan assumptions, and asset management, has offices in Miami, Laguna Niguel, CA, and Dallas. Hart Commercial expands the scope of those services, handling investment sales and commercial leasing, and providing consulting services to owners of real estate in the industrial, office, and retail markets. Sherri D. Beregovoy is heading the charge to establish the brand here as Miami market leader and senior vice president.

Beregovoy brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, tenant and buyer representation, and extensive market knowledge to Hart's table. Her role includes establishing Hart's new real estate platform in the Miami office, managing all regional commercial leasing and sales, and hiring and training other commercial associates at the firm.

Prior to joining Hart, Beregovoy served as a senior commercial associate for DiGiacomo Group in Doral, FL. During her more than 16 years at DiGiacomo, she represented tenants, buyers, and owners throughout South Florida.

Beregovoy has been a board member of the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association for more than 13 years, and an executive board member for the last three years. Her knowledge of the industry adds transportation and freight industry experience to Hart and its clients.
