SANTA ANA, CA—Newport Beach-based Lyon Communities has unveiled the Marke, a luxury apartment community here featuring a vast array of resort-style amenities. With a total of 300 apartment homes, the Marke offers multifamily living in a high-end environment close to the business and cultural hub of Orange County.
As GlobeSt.com reported in September 2012, Lyon started construction on the community at that time. The company developed the property along with Integral Communities, and it was designed by COE Architecture International.
Apartment homes available on levels 1-4 are part of the “M Collection at the Marke,” a grouping of 271 units ranging in size from approximately 713 square feet to 1,374 square feet. The homes include modern, open floorplans with 8-ft. to 12-ft. ceilings, gourmet kitchens with modern quartz countertops, European-style cabinetry, designer fixtures and hardware, oversized tubs, a patio or balcony for most floorplans, in-home washer and dryer and abundant storage space and are data ready.
The fifth floor features the “M5 Collection,” 29 homes ranging in size from 820 square feet to 1,470 square feet, with second-story lofts overlooking South Coast Metro. The collection offers many of the amenities in the M Collection, in addition to upgraded European-style cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, tile backsplash in the kitchens and baths, oversized rectangular tubs, showers with a Moxie showerhead and a wireless Bluetooth speaker.
According to Frank T. Suryan Jr., chairman and CEO of Lyon Communities, “The Marke redefines upscale, modern living and offers a unique brand of luxury lifestyle experience that will resonate with Orange County's stylish resident.”
Suryan adds that the M5 Collection “takes luxury living to new heights” and provides “amenities and features tailored to the active lifestyle of the very sophisticated.”
Residents at the Marke will receive complimentary space planning from Room & Board South Coast Plaza Village, which also designed and furnished the M5 model.
