IRVINE, CA—The Irvine Co. is poised to debut its two latest Irvine Pacific neighborhoods at Cypress Village here: Laurel and Jasmine. The single-family homes, designed for growing families, are set for their grand opening on April 26.
As GlobeSt.com reported in February, the two neighborhoods are located in Northeast Irvine along Jeffrey Rd. at Trabuco Rd. Both neighborhoods were created for families who want to add room and still live near good schools, shopping, dining, parks and trails.
According to Tom Veal, VP of residential sales and marketing for Irvine Pacific, “Jasmine and Laurel have been designed for homebuyers interested in single-family homes perfect for growing families. The home designs in both neighborhoods are inspired by our latest research and epitomize open and fresh living spaces with oversized kitchen islands, the California room and conservatory room options. Residents at Cypress Village enjoy a resort-style lifestyle, complete with expansive amenities, shopping, abundant trails within walking distance and new schools within the most-heralded district in the region.”
Veal adds that Irvine Pacific's “extensive consumer research process has provided a number of key insights, which we have incorporated into these new home designs in Jasmine and Laurel. Irvine Pacific prides itself in providing a high-quality home that responds to the ever-changing lifestyles, needs and desires of today's families.”
Sales galleries will be open in both neighborhoods from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on grand-opening day, with kids' activities and entertainment from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as homebuyers take advantage of their first opportunity to tour the model homes. Refreshments will also be provided.
