WASHINGTON, DC—Kevin C. Hughes has returned to Cassidy Turley's executive team as president, Occupier Services, where one of his new tasks will be to combine the firm's tenant representation, portfolio management, lease administration, facilities management and project and development services into one fully-integrated corporate outsourcing operation.
It is a "tremendous opportunity to further integrate our platform both from a multi-market and multi-service-line perspective, offering a deeper breadth of services to our clients across the US," says Hughes in a prepared statement.
Hughes left the company in 2009 to run a non-profit focused on affordable housing development. He has also led Colliers' Corporate Solutions group during his career, and was director of Brokerage at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, one of Cassidy Turley's legacy firms. Hughes rejoined Cassidy Turley from JLL, where he was executive managing director and leader of the company's Americas Transaction Service group.
As president of Cassidy Turley's Occupier Services, Hughes will also oversee the services platform for the firm's occupier clients across the country.
