WASHINGTON, DC—America Mideast Educational Training Services has signed a lease for 20,000 square feet at 2025 M St., NW. The non-profit's lease has pushed the 194,624-square foot building's to full occupancy.
Glenn Meltzer and Jonathan Danziger of The Ezra Cos. represented the tenant. Doug Mueller and Evan Behr with JLL represented the landlord, which is a partnership between Clark Enterprises and The Oliver Carr Co.
Tenants in the building include Kaplan, Radio Free Asia and Smith Bucklin, among others.
