WASHINGTON, DC—Studley has recruited four new team members to join its local operations.

Rob Kulik is joining the broker as a managing director from Cushman & Wakefield. At Studley he will provide real estate advisory and financial modeling services, joining Scott Hoffman, who returned to Studley in February 2014.

Brittany Kalkstein is also joining from Cushman & Wakefield as assistant director to work alongside Hoffman and Kulik. She will be responsible for new business development, strategic planning and financial modeling.

Mordecai Scott has been hired as an associate. Scott was previously the College and Career Readiness Specialist for Communities in Schools.

Another new associate hired by the firm is Melony Davis, who will provide market research and lease abstractions as well as managing the real estate needs of current and prospective clients. Davis was a senior marketing associate at The Advisory Board Co.
