EUGENE, OR—Crews have been working since December on a new five-story student housing development near the University of Oregon here.
The 400,000 square foot development is located within walking distance of the University of Oregon will offer 700 bedrooms in about 200 units, according to local media reports.
The finished complex will have a pool, restaurant and a parking garage. Completion of the $65 million project is expected by September 2015.
