EWING, NJ—Levin Management reports that Giant Wine & Liquor, LLC has signed a lease for 6,000 square feet of space at Capitol Plaza here.
The new tenant, which does business as Buy Rite Liquor, is the latest tenant to sign on at the 360,000-square-foot center. Levin Management, the exclusive leasing and management agent for the property on North Olden Avenue, announced the lease deal with Giant Wine & Liquor.
Levin's leasing representative Gloria Mercado, who negotiated the long-term lease, says, “The long list of well-established tenants who have chosen to locate, stay and grow their business at Capitol Plaza is a testament to its appeal. The center's outstanding demographics and high visibility were among the factors that attracted Buy Rite Liquor, and we expect this tenant to enjoy great success here.”
Tenants at the complex include: Forman Mills, Marshalls, dd's Discounts, Save-A-Lot supermarket, American Furniture, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight Tools, Ashley Stewart, GNC, the U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, Foot Locker and Kicks USA, along with numerous service and restaurant tenants. Capitol Plaza also is home to 1001 Spruce Office Center, and Jersey College.
