LOUISVILLE—HREC Investment Advisors has just arranged the sale of the 271-guestroom Holiday Inn Louisville East located in Louisville. The property was sold to Lakshmi Narayan Hospitality Group Louisville, LLC. The price was not disclosed.

Monty Levy, senior vice president, in the Atlanta office, Tom Sommer, vice president, in the Chicago office, and Scott Stephens, chief operating officer and senior principal, in the Tampa office exclusively represented a large, national special servicer during the transaction, HREC officials say.

"The disposition of this asset to a buyer out of California with ties to Chicago once again highlights the strength of the HREC IA platform and the power of our 14 office across the country," says Sommer.

The property sits at 1325 S. Hurstbourne Parkway within the affluent St. Matthews/East Louisville submarket, directly off I-64 at the key Hurstbourne Ln. interchange. The hotel's location along I-64 provides easy access to downtown Louisville, in addition to a direct route into Lexington.

"We were delighted to once again have the opportunity to represent a long-standing client in the disposition of this asset," says Levy.
