WASHINGTON, DC—First Potomac Realty Trust signed four tenants to new leases totaling 41,000 square feet at 1211 Connecticut Ave, NW. The deals have kicked up the eight-story, Dupont Circle building's occupancy up a notch to 98%.

JLL's Evan Behr and Doug Mueller represented the REIT in all four transactions.

Last summer First Potomac announced it would be spending $6.25 million renovating the 125,119-square foot building, including the entrance, lobby, common areas and mechanical systems. Behr says the new leases are "a testament to the transformative renovation."

The new office occupants include:

The Center for International Private Enterprise, which is taking 16,000 square feet on the building's seventh floor. CIPE was represented by Eric West and Ganon Rich from West Lane & Schlager.

The Stimson Center, which has signed a lease for 16,000 square feet on the building's eighth floor. Stimson Center was represented by Josh Peyton and Marty Almquist from Avison Young.

The Technology Transition Corporation signed a lease for 5,000 square feet on the sixth floor. TTC was represented by Jonathan Danziger from Ezra Co.

Law firm Lee and McShane signed a lease for 4,000 square feet on the building's fourth floor. Lee and McShane was represented by Kurt Richter from Cassidy Turley.
