PARSIPPANY, NJ—JLL recently completed itsmanager job for the construction of the Lexus Eastern AreaOffice and Training Facility at 300 Webro Road here forToyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc.
The project secured Leadership in Energy andEnvironmental Design (LEED) for Commercial InteriorsPlatinum certification from the U.S. Building Council. That is afirst for a Lexus area training center project.
The 32,000-square-foot office andwarehouse facility will serve as a training center for Lexusdealerships throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. JLLwas hired to manage the project in September 2012. Ground wasbroken in early April 2013.
