PHOENIX—A team of brokerage professionals inCBRE's Phoenix office, TomAdelson, Jim Fijan,Jerry Roberts and Corey Hawley,have been honored with the Office Broker Teamof the Year award from NAIOP. ForAdelson and Fijan, who have worked together since 1983, this marksthe 19^th time in 24 years they have won this award.Roberts joined the company, and team, in 1988 and Hawley in2004.

Executive vice presidents Adelson,Fijan, Roberts and senior associate Hawley are consistently amongthe top producing teams in CBRE's Phoenix office. Since thebeginning of their careers and partnership at CBRE, the team hasbeen the most productive sales professionals with the greatestnumber of transactions in the Phoenix office. In 2013 alone theteam completed 140 sale and lease transactions representing morethan 3.55 million square feet of office product and 2.7 acres ofland.

“What's most unique about this team is our ability to keepevolving over the years,” says Roberts. “Early on we realized thatif we all focused on the parts of the business that came mostnaturally to us and enjoyed we'd be able to cover a lot more groundand touch a lot more clients.”
