GREENVILLE, SC—Lee & Associates' Greenville office has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the 200,000-square-foot, Class A multi-tenant Logue Park at Pelham office and warehouse development here by Cothran Properties.

The $11-million project, currently under construction, is expected to be completed by late summer. Pre-leasing for space at the property has already begun.

Logue Park at Pelham Road, located on more than 13 acres, will consist of two buildings of 90,000 square feet and 110,000 square feet each. The buildings will include 28-foot minimum clear ceiling heights, a 200-foot truck court, two dock highs per bay and the ability to provide drive in doors as well.
