ATLANTA—John Ferguson has climbed the ranks atCBRE all the way to the president of the SoutheastRegion. The commercial real estate firm justannounced his promotion.
Ferguson has led CBRE's Southeast Region since January 2011.According to CBRE, he was promoted to president because of his“outstanding performance” in various levels of leadership,including new business development, business and sales management,market and industry leadership, client relationships, and peoplemanagement.
