CHARLOTTE, NC—Appliance and consumer electronics retailerH.H. Gregg has signed a 10-year lease for a22,934-square-foot store at the SterlingOrganization's Windsor Square ShoppingCenter here.
The new store is scheduled to open in September and is situatednext to Petsmart at the 661,156-square-foot retail property locatedon the east side of Highway 74, according to Palm Beach, FL-basedSterling Organization.
The tenant roster at Windsor Square Shopping Center includes:Sam's Club, Kohls, JC Penney, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot,DSW Shoes, Lifetime Fitness, Dress Barn, Shoe Carnival, Justice,Rue 21, VisionWorks and Outback Steakhouse.
