Davis is based in the company's San Francisco office and reportsto John Caulfield, chief operating officer. Davisbrings 14 years of nationwide lending experience to Arbor acrossFHA, agency and CMBS financing platforms for both the multifamilyand healthcare sectors.
According to the firm, Davis' finance transaction expertiseincludes, short- and long-term financing, fixed- and floating-ratedebt, new construction, acquisitions, refinancings, debtrestructurings and capital structuring.
