CELEBRATION, FL—CBRE reports it has arranged the first lease at the Celebration IV office building at 215 Celebration Place here since TerraCap acquired the property last month.
The 4,200-square-foot long-term lease with Immersyve Inc. is also the first deal that CBRE brokered since it was named office leasing agent for the five-story 125,974-square-foot building by TerraCap Management LLC. Immersyve is a developer of next generation play testing models for the video game industry. CBRE represented the building owner in the deal.
“Celebration IV stands out from its competitors as one of the more modern office buildings in this market. The new ownership is incredibly proactive and has some great initiatives to refresh and reposition the property," says CBRE's Jay Dixon, who handles the leasing assignment for the building.
