GREENWICH, CT—The ownership of the 100 Field PointRoad office building here has put the property on themarket for sale.


The building, leased to global financial services firmUBS and private wealth management firmFieldpoint Bank & Trust, is being offeredun-priced, according to net lease brokerage firm StanJohnson Company, which has been retained to source a buyerfor the Class A property. Both tenants have long-term lease dealsat the Field Point Road property.


Camille Renshaw and JohnRotunno of Stan Johnson Company are handling the marketingof this property in association with Alan Blair ofReal Estate Investment Advisors, LLC.


A comprehensive modernization plan was recently completed on thebuilding that is located across from the Greenwich Town OfficeBuilding and within a short distance of high-end retailproperties.
