LANDOVER, MD—Yesterday we reported the sale of a 149,680-square foot industrialwarehouse located at 6100 Columbia ParkRd. The buyer of the property was Philadelphia-basedExeter Property Group, Avison Young's MatthewClinebell tells GlobeSt.com. Exeter had also purchased a nearbyproperty we noted in the same article, at 6300 Columbia Park Rd.,for $9.7 million. The purchase price of its latestacquisition was not revealed.
6300 Columbia Park Rd. is fully occupied by two credit tenantsthrough 2018. Some of its selling points include outside storageand its location within a State of Maryland Enterprise Zone FocusArea. Interest was strong Clinebell says, with a 30-day marketingprocess drawing close to a dozen bids. Pricing was notrevealed.
