BRANDON, FL—The Florida Medical Clinic hasacquired the former Borders bookstore at 2020 Town Center here,according to CBRE, which arranged the sale.
The 22,585-square-foot retail building traded for $2.05 millionand is likely going to be converted for medical use.
CBRE represented Business Property Lending, theseller, in the transaction. Gregory L. Morgan ofMorgan Realty Advisors represented Florida MedicalClinic.
