NORTHRIDGE, CA—Eight months after opening, the TCA-designed Terrena Apartment Homes, a multifamily and mixed-use complex, has 72% occupancy. The 402-unit complex offers onsite amenities and retail that have helped attract tenants to the development.

“The design of the overall community and its amenities is upping the bar for future mixed-use, multifamily developments,” says Aram Chahbazian, president of TCA Architects. “The entire community was designed with sustainability at the forefront. We’re so very pleased that Terrena is resonating with residents.” GlobeSt.com was unable to get additional comments about the leasing efforts prior to the publishing deadline.
