Craig Coppola and AndrewCheney, principals with Lee & AssociatesArizona negotiated on behalf of California Casualty.Ashley Brooks of CBRE representedthe landlord, Regent Properties,Inc. of Los Angeles.Coppola originally brought California Casualty to the building in2004.
During lease negotiations, the owner, CW Capital AssetManagement sold the property to Regent Properties who wassuccessful in retaining the strong anchor tenant.
