CHICAGO—Hyatt Hotels Corporation says a Hyattaffiliate has entered into a master development agreement withLATAM Hotel Corp. to develop ten HyattPlace hotels in Central America and Mexico.

Additionally, Hyatt affiliates have entered into franchiseagreements with LATAM Hotel Corp. for the first five hotels: HyattPlace Managua in Nicaragua, Hyatt Place Guatemala City inGuatemala, Hyatt Place San Salvador in El Salvador, and Hyatt PlaceSan Pedro Sula and Hyatt Place Tegucigalpa in Honduras.
