WASHINGTON, DC—Washington Property Co. has inked some 21,531 square feet of space across its portfolio in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia markets, it reports. Most of the leases are small, but they have added up for the company.
Most of the activity took place at 1390 Piccard Dr., in Rockville, MD, where some 13,535 square feet was leased.
Closeline Settlements leased 6,535 square feet and Eichberg Construction took 7,000 square feet. At 6900 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda, MD, tenants have taken about 3,890 square feet, including Veritrust and Always Prepped.
Other transactions were signed at 8757 Georgia Avenue, in Silver Spring, MD; and Huntwood Plaza, in Alexandria, VA.
