WASHINGTON, DC—Washington Property Co. hasinked some 21,531 square feet of space across its portfolio in theWashington DC, Maryland and Virginia markets, it reports. Most ofthe leases are small, but they have added up for the company.
Most of the activity took place at 1390 PiccardDr., in Rockville, MD, where some 13,535 square feet wasleased.
Closeline Settlements leased 6,535 square feet and EichbergConstruction took 7,000 square feet. At 6900 Wisconsin Ave. inBethesda, MD, tenants have taken about 3,890 square feet, includingVeritrust and Always Prepped.
